How do I return my instrument?

If you rented from: The Music Place (North Reading, MA), Sudbury Music(Sudbury, MA), 77 Arts Academy (Acton, MA), Performance Music Center(Woburn,MA), Earcraft (Dover, NH), Long Ridge Music Center (Stamford, CT), Tracy’s Tunes (Colchester, CT), Route 1 Guitars (Milford,CT), Route 7 Music (Brookfield, CT), Buckdancer’s Choice (Portland, ME), OR The Music Center (Brunswick, ME)- you may return the instrument there. Make sure you get a copy of your return receipt and give us a call at 888-729-2876 to let customer service know about your return so you don’t get charged for the next due date.
If you’ve rented the instrument from our location in West Hartford, CT, you can come in and someone will help you with processing the return.

Rayburn Music still has a road representative that still services the area. To set-up a return, simply give us a call at 888-729-2876, option 1 and a representative will assist you on returning your instrument.

Yes we do if your school is listed! In order to get your instrument picked up, you would have to call 888-729-2876 option 1, one week prior to the last day of school. Rayburn Music does not have access to the schools once the school year is over. If you forgot and your next due date is coming up, you may simply visit our Rayburn locations or music shops that we work with. The locations are stated in questions 1 and 2. If that doesn't work for you, you can also mail the instrument to us- but don't forget to call customer service to let us know!
